Art After Dark - Homecoming Night

Meet your friends at the Norton Museum the second Thursday of every month for activities, art, live music, films and refreshments. Galleries open from 5:00 to 8:00p.m., programs and cash bar open until 9:00. Admission is $8 for adults, $3 ages 13 to 21, 12 and under are FREE. All ages are welcome! This week featuring a band and a poetry reading. (Wear your school colors.)

Sushi & Stroll - Last of the Summer

Experience the Morikami's Japanese Gardens on select Friday nights throughout the summer! Hear the roaring drums of taiko with two exciting performances by Fushu Daiko happening at each Sushi & Stroll. While you're here, explore the gardens at your own pace, excite your palette with something delicious from our Cornell Café, and indulge in some shopping at the Museum Store.
Admission: $7 for adults, $5 for kids (ages 4-17), FREE for members and kids 3 and under. Taiko Performance: $2 with paid admission. Friday night.

Everything Orchids: A Shady Affair Plant Sale

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Mounts Garden. Free for members; $5 non-members. This weekend event showcases a select number of top orchid and shade plant growers, artists, and craftspeople who share their knowledge and passion for orchids and plants. The event features fun and informative lectures featuring Dr. Martin Motes and others. Book sales and signings to follow. A silent auction of magnificent tabletop arrangements is an added special treat.
